well im trying to master breaststroke, and i want some tip, im a beginner and can go about half a lap

Well…do the ‘in, out, together’ kick and swing yours arms to your chest and quickly shot them in front. Make sure your arms and legs are moving in the same rythem and that you breath after every cycle.
